Allah believer

THIS IS HOW YOU

YOU SHOULD BE EATING

DURING RAMADAN

THE BEST RAMADAN FOOD

but it's good if you can restrict all the dishes to one dish only.

WHAT LOOK IS SAYING.?

no sheykh you can't do that.

now we trying to teach my parents.

yeah, it's true. you know,

the sunnah of the prophet (saw)

a lot of the time was one dish.

it was very rare for them to have two dishes

and it was extremely rare for them to have several dishes

the Sunnah of the Prophet Allah(saw)  one dish

in fact, sometimes there was no dish. okay..?

they stayed in hunger, come on, let's face it,

and the thing is some, people think oh my god

if I don't have snacks and if I don't have food I'm

gonna die we're not gonna die

the human body has been created to go hungry

I'm serious about this you get used to it

you'll be completely fine

because you know when you go for a number two,

you know number two in the toilet

there's number one on this number two are you guys

you understanding yeah?

when you go for a number two in the toilet you know what that is.

that's everything your body did not need,

that's the excess it's getting rid of

the excess meaning is whatever you ate

it took the nutrition inside is inside

the body and the rest it just got rid of.

which means that if you ate the right amount you'd be giving less

amounts of number twos

you guys understand what I am trying to say..?

 the excess would get less.

 the sahaba (ra)...

sometimes they left behind them when they're extremely hungry...

the left behind them the same as what a goat would leave behind.

small little like pebble type, okay,

I hope you get the message,

I'm no trying to be too...

I don't want to spoil your appetite for you or dinner tonight.

 okay, some people are great...

now the thing is you eat when we eat

if you got one dish in front of you is khalaas it's

enough you eat and you eat enough and

if you have to stay hungry seriously stay hungry

it's a good thing to try and

build the habit of having long hours of hunger

it's very good for the body

it's good for your digestive system is

good to clear off the fat in your intestines.

it's very good for your memory power

if you're more likely to memorize something when you little

a bit more hungry than when you're full,

because when you're full

then there's a lot of liquids that are

going up and they'll be a lot of liquids going to your head and

that will make you a bit more drowsy and you want to be more sleepy

as opposed to being hungry and being alert and awake.

when you're hungry you're more alert and you're more awake.

everyone knows this okay..?

SECRET REWARD NIGHT PRAY

ALLAH GIVES AT NIGHT

let's speak about the reward of praying

what did Rasulullah teach the ummah ?

 about the reward of at-Taraweeh
that I will share with you 3

the first reward for salatul-Taraweeh

that it is a reason for all your previous sins to be forgiven

al-ulama (ar)

said this is referring to the minor sins

however, if a person prayed

with the intention of tawbah and

repentance and regretting his past

and the sins that he has committed

then  no doubt his salat

will wipe away his major sins
and his minor sins all of them will be gone

so that's the first reward of salatul Taraweeh

that if it's prayed every single night of Ramadan

a person will be forgiven for all his previous sins
ALLAH AKBAR

second reward
 that is mentioned

is that the one who is consistent
and praise all the nights of Ramadan

if he dies while having prayed all his nights of Ramadan

such a person if he was to die any time he dies
''KANA MINAS SIDDIQINA WASH SHUHADA''

he becomes raised with the truthful ones
''as-Siddiqi'' like Abu Bakr (RA)

''wash-shahada'' and he's raised as a martyrs
and this came in the hadith of arm bin Murrah Juhani(ra)

he narrates that a man from a town a man came to Rasulullah (sallallahu alaihi wasallam)
and he said to him
I bear witness that there is none worthy of worship except Allah
and you are the messenger of Allah

a man is saying to Rasulullah (sallallahu alaihi wasallam)

I prayed my five prayers and I fasted the days of Ramadan
and I prayed the nights of Ramadan
and I gave the zakat of my wealth

when an- nabi (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) heard this person

in response an-nabi (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) said

whoever dies upon this state
while believing in Allah and his messenger

prays his five prayers  fasts Ramadan,
and prays its night and gives zakat

whoever dies in this state ''kaana minas-Siddiqina wash-shuhada''

he is from among the truthful ones like Abu Bakr, Umar, Usman
he's raised among these people
he's  gathered in their group on the day of judgment
''wash-shuhada'' and he's raised as martyr
he's among the martyrs ALLAHU AKBAR
don't waste this opportunity be from among those who pray the nights
alongside fasting the days of Ramadan

and the third beautiful reward

THAT AN-NABI (sallallahu alaihi wasallam)

mentioned was about salatul Taraweeh

and this the reward comes actually in a story

and that is that nabi(sallallahu alaihi wasallam)
one time during his life came out on the 25th night of Ramadan

and he led the prayer until he prayed half the night

then Abu Zarr (ra)  he said ya Rasulullah (sallallahu alaihi wasallam)

why didn't you just pray the whole night?

nabi (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) prayed half the night

and abu zarr (ra) is saying ya Rasulullah(sallallahu alaihi wasallam)
why didn't you just pray the whole night?

so Rasulullah (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) said that if a person

was to pray with the imam, salatul Taraweeh
was to pray with the imam until the imam leaves
then Allah would record for that person
as though he prayed the entire night
Allahu Akbar
what a reward

you earned the reward of praying the entire night

while you only would have prayed
an hour half an hour of Taraweeh
you earn as though the reward

as though you have prayed the whole night

Alhamdulillah for this blessing

what is meant by praying with the imam until he leaves

remember because earning the reward of
praying the entire night

you must pray with the imam until he leaves
what that means is until T the imam makes tasleem

from the last raka of salatul witr
whether the prayer was long or short doesn't matter

Imam Ahmad (ra) used to pray with the imam
and he did not leave the masjid
until the imam left the masjid

so until the imam leaves that could mean two things
one until he says
assalamu alaikum
from the last  rake of al-witr

now it's best to sit down and wait
for the imam to walk out of the door of the masjid
then walk behind him
you will earn the reward of praying the entire night

so long as you made Tasleem with him in the last raka' of salatul witr

RAMADAN WILL BE DIFFERENT

 MY DEAR BROTHERS AND SISTERS

here we are again, Ramadan coming

and I'm sure last year in the same position

WITH THE SAME THOUGHTS

here we are again

RAMADAN IS COMING

this Ramadan I'll do it, this Ramadan I'm going

TO CHANGE, IT'S GONNA BE THIS ONE

and yet here you we are again today

LISTENING TO THIS AND SAYING, MY GOD

wasn't I just thinking the same thing last year

yet did I really change...? NOT SO MUCH

and a lot of us feel sad, we feel sometimes

DEPRESSED, WHY AM I NOT CHANGING..?

why am I not able to finally make that

one year where I'm just changing forever

WHY..? I KEEP HEARING THE LECTURES

that one of the indications of acceptance of Ramadan

IS THAT YOU CHANGE AFTER RAMADAN, YET I DIDN'T CHANGE

or I changed for 1 month 2 months

AND I GO BACK TO WHERE IS WAS

why can't I finally change

ONCE AND FOREVER...?

for good I wanna change, I'm tired of myself

I'm TIRED OF HOW I FEEL

I'm tired to always just drag myself

AND JUST MAKE THE BARE MINIMUM

and I'm tired I want to be saved, I want to be better

I WANT TO BE A GOOD MUSLIM

but here I am again, waiting to count

 THE DAYS TO RAMADAN

and afraid, that Ramadan is going to go, I'm going

FEEL VERY GOOD I KNOW  IN SHA ALLAH YA RABB

that I'm going to do well in Ramadan, I'm going to fast

I'm GOING FEEL GOOD, MY IMAN IS GOING TO BE HIGH

yet I'm going to be scared as soon as

I REACH THE LAST 10 DAYS

and towards the last 10 days that that's it you know

WHAT I MEAN, I'M GOING TO LOSE IT

what am I gonna do..?

LIKE I'm GONNA BE DONE

again I'm gonna go back to the same position

THAT I WAS BEFORE, WISHING

for another Ramadan, and just wishing that in sha Allah

I CHANGE, BUT I CAN'T CHANGE

 WHY SHOULD I FEEL BAD...?

what should I do..? I'm depressed

I AM DEPRESSED

I'm depressed because of my sins, the darkness

OF MY SINS IS OVERTAKING ME

I'm tired I'm tired I'm very very tired

I'm LOSING HOPE

I'm losing hope, what should I do..?

allah (s.w.t) tells us in surah

AZ-ZUMAR VERSE 53

say o  my servants who have transgressed against

themselves by sinning, do not despair of the mercy of Allah

do not despair of the mercy of Allah, indeed Allah

FORGIVES ALL SINS, INDEED IT IS HE

who is the forgiving, THE MERCIFUL

I'm here to tell you

DON'T LOSE HOPE

I don't know how many Ramadans

YOU'VE HAS BEEN IN THE POSITION

LOSING HOPE

all I'm telling you, that never lose hope

ALLAH IS TELLING YOU

THAT HE WILL FORGIVE

DON'T LOSE HOPE

so yes you are in this position again and you

might be in this position next year, and the year after

and how many Ramadans Allah (s.w.t) will give you

in sha Allah till the rest of our lives, we experience Ramadan

BUT WE'LL REMEMBER

whoever fasts Ramadan with firm faith and conviction

ALLAH WILL FORGIVE THEIR SINS

same thing whoever fasts, whoever prays Ramadan

Allah will forgive their sins, all you have to do

is have faith and firm conviction

JUST BELIEVE

just live today, you are here today

RAMADAN IS IN FRONT OF YOU

what past, cannot be changed

what happens or comes you don't know

you have no control over, today

you're welcoming Ramadan today

with an open heart, remembering

that you don't lose hope in Allah

EVERY DAY IS HOPE

every minute is hope every second is hope

Islam is hope this is how we live

take it one day at a time

don't let the shaytan makes you

lose hope have hope "YA IBADI" oh my servant my slave

who has transgressed against him or herself

do not despair of Allah's mercy

alhamdulillah, welcome ramadan

welcome I will not despair of the mercy of Allah

I will do it as if the first time in sha Allah in sha Allah...
